Samsung today announced Remote Access, a new feature that will be available on its Smart TV line-ups starting 2019. The Remote Access feature will provide enhanced wireless connectivity with PCs, tablets, and smartphones – allowing consumers to remotely control compatible programs and apps through their Samsung Smart TV.With Remote Access, input devices, including keyboards, can be connected to a Samsung Smart TV, making it easier for users to control their on-screen content. Without a separate HDMI cable connection, users can remotely access a PC in their room through the TV in their living room to perform various tasks including surfing the web or playing games from their TV’s screen using a connected keyboard and mouse.Remote Access allows users to directly control their devices connected to a TV with a keyboard and mouse in addition to simply displaying the content on a larger screen.

.Mumbai: The much delayed Vasai-Bhayander creek bridge has been finally forwarded by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), the tenders for the same have been opened for bidding process recently. The MMRDA committee will approve the lowest bidder, post which the work may start by year end,” said a MMRDA official.The project was conceptualised in 2007, however due to lack of clearances the project did not commence.  
The work may start by the year-end, said state officials. It will also have a 100m span of cable-stayed bridge. According to tender documents, the total cost for executing the project is Rs 1,081 crore.“The tenders have been called now, the process will go on till November. Presently, the commuters have to take Mumbai-Ahmedabad Expressway to reach Bhayander from Vasai, however with the new bridge the distance will be shortened.  
The total cost of the project was estimated at around Rs 800 crore last year but the cost has been escalated to more than Rs 1,000 crore.The total length of the bridge will be around 5 km with 3+3 lanes, it will be constructed parallel to the Western Railway bridge between Naigaon and Bhayander.  According to officials, the bridge will connect Denmark plugs Subhash Chandra Chowk on the Bhayander side, while it joins the Contino Road on Naigaon side. In 2013, the cost was estimated at around Rs 300 crore. He further added that the bridge is yet to receive few environmental nods. The creek bridge will save the commute between both the areas upto 15 km

Mr Antinori has also attracted controversy with his advocacy of the use of cloning technology to enable infertile couples to have children by injecting genetic material from a father into donated eggs..Severino Antinori, 70, was arrested at Rome’s Fiumicino airport on Friday following a complaint filed by a 24-year-old Spanish woman who was being treated for an ovarian cyst at Milan clinic run by the specialist. “The arrest of Severino Antinori is extremely serious because it indicates the existence of a market in eggs that will not stop at anything,” said Donata Lenzi, an Italian lawmaker from Prime Minister Matteo Renzi’s Democratic Party.The woman said that she had her mobile phone taken from her before being forcibly immobilised, placed under anaesthesia and operated on without her consent.Mr Antinori’s license to practice gynaecology was provisionally suspended for an year and he has been placed under house arrest in Rome under the charges of aggravated robbery and causing personal injury.

Prosecutors alleged that Mr Antinori, who had met the woman by chance, set up the job interview and subsequently diagnosed the ovarian cyst with the sole intention of harvesting her eggs without her knowledge.

A pioneering Italian gynaecologist best known for helping women in their 60s to have babies has been arrested on suspicion of removing eggs from a patient without her consent. The gynaecologist was also involved in the treatment of Patricia Rashbrook, who became Britain’s oldest mother when she had a boy in 2006. She believed she was only going to be treated by injection for the cyst, her lawyer said.Prosecutors are also working on the hypothesis that this may not be an isolated case. The investigation was triggered by the woman calling emergency services from a pay phone in the clinic after she came round from the surgery. At the time she was the oldest woman to have given birth.
